Solution Design

After a Needs Assessment has been completed, the project team will develop a report defining the business requirements of the solution. At this time integration strategies are developed to link the Lascom PLM process to existing IT systems and infrastructure. This proposal will include:

• Recap of business objectives and solution scope
• Project requirements analysis
• Solution design and implementation plan
• Identification of out-of-scope requirements with recommended action plan
• Detailed budget
• Project recommendations including schedule, milestones, and division of responsibilities for data migration (if required), training, and rollout

Using the Needs Assessment as a guide, LASCOM Professional Services will develop a customized solution to meet your business goals. Decisions regarding solution configuration and the interface with external systems are all made with your business objectives in mind. At this stage, LASCOM will be ready to implement the project, with an updated project plan including test/acceptance criteria and a refined training and support plan.
