ATR (turboprop aircraft manufacturer - EADS and Alenia Aeronotica partnership) needed to improve its maintenance efficiency - specifically speed up the response time of the 3 ATR centers dedicated to technical support that receive every year over 9,000 complex technical queries, about 700 aircrafts (for over 100 regional airlines in 65 countries). ATR chose Advitium to benefit from its process management capacity as well as its ability to extract information from individual projects to build a complex knowledge database. Since then, ATR has improved its customer reactivity to problems by 1 hour, and is now able to provide answers to 70% of the questions it receives within 48 hours.

Latécoère has selected its Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) suite, Advitium^TM, to ensure consistency of all products developed in house as well as those outsourced to third party suppliers.
